Our team and service area have grown significantly since 2003, but our values remain the same.
ISS Mechanical started as a small HVAC/R company in Orlando, Florida, in 2003. Before we opened, our leaders had noticed a gap in the Florida HVAC market: Very few companies operated under a “service-first” model. Instead, our competitors focused on new HVAC/R installations and treated maintenance and customer service as an afterthought.
From the beginning, our goal was to act as a partner to our HVAC/R clients and find the most innovative solutions for their problems—even if that meant learning new processes and technology. Our willingness to do whatever it took to help our clients enabled us to become experts across various industries, especially in mission-critical HVAC/R applications like data centers and manufacturing plants.
Today, we’re one of the most well-known HVAC/R partners in Central and West Florida, and we lead the industry in training and innovation. We have one of the most rigorous in-house training programs, and our leadership team is constantly looking for new technology platforms to enhance our work and client experiences. As proud members of the Synergy Solution Group, we work with other HVAC/R leaders to develop new solutions to some of the most pressing issues our clients face.

I have built my career in the HVAC and construction industry through hard work and a passion for delivering successful projects. With more than 30 years of experience in the HVAC, Building Automation, and facilities management industries, I have developed a strong background in operations, project management, estimating, system design, energy management, and customer relations.
As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, I enjoy working with diverse teams and clients. I take pride in combining technical knowledge, leadership, and customer service to help organizations achieve their goals, improve operational efficiency, and create long-term value.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing bass guitar on my church worship team and spending as much time as possible with my wife and daughter. These activities help me stay grounded and reinforce the values of teamwork, dedication, and service that I bring to both my personal and professional life.
As a Service Coordinator dedicated to helping keep things running smoothly for our clients, technicians, managers, supervisors, and vendors. With a background in customer service and dispatch, I enjoy creating positive experiences and making people feel welcome and at ease—whether we’re speaking over the phone or face to face. I began my journey with ISS in February of 2026, I’ve especially enjoyed being part of a team where I can bring a little humor to the workday and hopefully make people laugh along the way. The Teamatude here would have to be my favorite part of the daily experience here. Outside of work, I’m a BIG sports fan, gamer, and beach lover. I also love to spend time with my beautiful wife and kids. I have three of those, and of course my spoiled puppies, to which I have two.
Wyetta Ford role as People & Culture Leader at ISS, where I focus on helping people grow, supporting leaders, and creating a workplace where everyone can do their best work. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources and leadership development, I bring a practical, people-first approach to my role. I believe strong organizations are built by investing in their people and giving them the support and opportunities they need to succeed.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family—especially my two sons and daughter-in-law—along with Chico, our family dog. When I’m not with family, you can usually find me on the tennis court enjoying a little friendly competition.
I’m an Account Executive at ISS Mechanical, focused primarily on the hospitality and assisted-living industries throughout Central Florida. I enjoy building strong relationships with my clients, learning about their facilities, and helping them find reliable, cost-effective solutions for their HVAC and mechanical needs. My goal is to be more than just a salesperson—I want to be someone my clients know they can trust and rely on.
With 28 years in the industry, my approach as Service Manager comes down to a few basic principles: put people first, treat clients right, and always do the right thing. Having worked my way up from the ground, I am truly passionate about what I do—whether that means making sure our clients have a great experience or rolling up my sleeves to help out the team whenever needed. I am a big believer in teamwork and making sure our techs have the support they need to succeed. Outside of work, I am a proud husband and father of three, and I like to stay fit and active.
I bring over 10 years of management experience, along with an additional 9 years of experience in BIM and design. Everything in the commercial mechanical and plumbing construction industry. My experience includes a wide range of project types, including hospitality, healthcare, educational facilities, laboratories, data centers, school renovations, aerospace facilities, and central energy plants.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids. We spend much of our time boating, fishing, and cheering from the sidelines at softball and soccer fields. I also enjoy making homemade espresso drinks, tackling renovation projects around the house, working on cars, and staying active and fit.
Hi, my name is Carlos DeJesus, and I’m a Project Foreman here at ISS Mechanical. My journey with the company started in 2019 in the warehouse, where I began by organizing the shop. To best serve our commercial HVAC clients, I completed four-year apprenticeship school, medical gas certification, and advanced schematic training while learning the ropes directly from our senior service technicians. I love taking a complex mechanical project from blueprint to reality. When I am off the clock, I stay true to my mechanical roots and spend my free time working on cars.
I’ve been employed with ISS Mechanical since 2017. I started my career here as a project department helper/ installer, within a few years I was leading jobs and am now a Foreman of the department. I started my career here and will continue my career here and I will continue to strive for the success of the company and success of myself. Outside of work I do this all for my family who I enjoy spending time with whether we are traveling to random places just to check it out or just being at home with each other. But on a personal hobby level I enjoy anything that goes fast and makes it faster.
With over 20 years in the HVAC industry, I’ve grown from installer to lead installer, to service technician, and now Field Supervisor. Along the way, I’ve earned multiple certifications and completed advanced training, always believing there’s something new to learn every day. I’m proud to be part of a leadership team that values teamwork, professionalism, and developing the next generation of technicians. My goal is to help others grow, share the knowledge I’ve gained throughout my career, and lead by example, every day. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, working on my cars, fishing, playing pool and dominoes, and relaxing at the beach. Those moments help me recharge and remind me of the importance of balance, family, and enjoying life’s simple pleasures.
